U4GM - How to Create Kill Corridors with 6 Stratagems in Hel

Creating kill corridors in Helldivers 2 is one of the most effective strategies for holding ground and eliminating waves of enemies efficiently, especially on higher difficulties. Whether you're trying to survive a defense objective or setting up for an extraction, a well-planned kill corridor can turn the tide of the mission. Based on my own squad’s experience running dozens of high-level Automaton and Terminid missions, here are six stratagems that can help you build a deadly and reliable kill corridor.

1. MG-43 Machine Gun Sentry
The MG-43 is a solid cornerstone for any kill corridor setup. It lays down a consistent stream of fire in a narrow arc, making it perfect for covering chokepoints or long corridors. Its accuracy and damage output scale well with tighter control of engagement zones. Place it facing an enemy approach path and support it with manual fire or mines to maximize efficiency.

2. LAS-98 Laser Cannon Sentry
This sentry adds a touch of tech with infinite ammo and high precision, making it ideal for extended engagements. While it doesn’t shred large mobs as quickly as ballistic options, it provides sustained support with minimal maintenance. It’s excellent when paired with the MG-43 to ensure overlapping fire coverage.

3. Shield Generator Relay
A kill corridor isn't just about offense—it’s also about staying alive. The Shield Generator Relay is underrated for how much protection it can give you and your sentries. When placed at the rear of your kill zone, it can keep operators and automated defenses running even during missile strikes or heavy beetle charges. We used this stratagem during several Terminid holds and were shocked by how much it boosted survivability.

4. MD-6 Anti-Personnel Minefield
Setting the stage for a corridor means shaping the battlefield before enemies arrive. Minefields are excellent for softening up clusters of foes or dealing with enemies that break through initial lines. They’re especially useful against Terminids who rush blindly into defensive areas. Just be cautious with teammates’ positioning—friendly mines don’t discriminate.

5. E/MG-101 HMG Emplacement
This stratagem takes a bit of coordination, but if one of your team members can stay behind the turret and manage it, the HMG can output devastating suppressive fire. Its long range and stopping power are especially good against Automatons. It's best positioned behind cover and at the far end of your corridor to serve as the final line of punishment.

6. Orbital 120MM HE Barrage
While technically not a static part of a corridor, the 120MM HE Barrage is a crucial tool for halting incoming waves before they even reach your defenses. Use it to preemptively thin out waves or to provide support during moments where your sentries are overwhelmed. In my experience, a well-timed barrage can reset an entire fight.

Setting up these kill corridors will require a bit of practice and coordination, but the payoff is worth it—especially when farming missions for helldivers 2 medals or tackling higher-tier operations. If you're short on resources, you might consider using real-world currency to buy Helldivers 2 Super Credits from trusted sources. Platforms like U4GM are commonly used by players to get what they need to unlock stratagems and gear without grinding endlessly.

Kill corridors are all about smart placement, timing, and creating synergy between your offensive and defensive tools. With these six stratagems, you'll be well on your way to making even the deadliest enemies think twice before charging into your line of fire.
